Delta Waterfowl Welcomes First Lite as New Champion of Delta Sponsor, Unveils New Line at EXPO

BISMARCK, NORTH DAKOTA — First Lite, well-known for producing top-quality western big game, whitetail and turkey hunting apparel and for its connection to the Meateater brand is launching a full-line of waterfowling gear this season. You can now view the gear designed from the ground up for the most avid duck hunters in two ways: Online at Or better yet in person at the Delta Waterfowl Duck Hunters Expo in Little Rock, Arkansas, July 29-31.

“We are proud to expand our ‘Camo for Conservation Initiative’, extending the North American tradition of hunter-funded conservation while supporting the critical work of Delta with every purchase of our new waterfowl hunting apparel line,” said First Lite’s director of brand Ford Van Fossan.

First Lite leveraged the expertise of its product development team, outfitters, waterfowling experts and its own duck hunting employees to create and field test the new clothing designs. Along the way, they also developed a new proprietary waterfowling camo pattern called, “Typha.” Next, the First Lite crew put the prototype gear and camo to work in every flyway in North America from the Chesapeake to the Columbia and from Louisiana to Minnesota. They’re calling the final result “… bombproof construction, smarter design and deadly efficacy for the most dedicated duck and goose hunters.”

First Lite designs simple products that work for the tree stand, on the back forty or a nine-day expedition in the Brooks Range. They also recognize their customers and employees depend on the conservation of the world’s wildlife resources and the protection of access to the wild places they inhabit. Visit:
